- Birth Certificate issued by Union Council attested from MOFA (ISB)
- Father and Mother NIC copies
- Father and Mother Passport copies
- Child Passport copy
Degree Attestation Requirements from Qatar Embassy
- Original Degree attested from HEC and MOFA (ISB)
- Transcripts attested from HEC and MOFA (ISB)
